Returns

United States Returns Procedure

You can return your item(s) in unworn condition with tags attached for a refund, exchange, or credit note within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our online returns portal makes the process quick and convenient, simply enter your order number and ZIP code to begin. A $14.95 return postage charge applies to all US returns.

  • For refunds, the fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For exchanges, the fee will be paid directly in the portal during the return process.

If exchanging to a different style or an item with a different price, the portal will automatically adjust any difference in value, either payable or refundable.

Once your return has been submitted in the portal, a FedEx shipping label or QR code will be provided for a fully managed, hassle-free process.

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of arrival, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing. Exchange items and credit notes will be sent via email once approved.

How to Return

Once you’ve completed the steps in the returns portal, please follow the instructions below to finalise your return:

  1. Print or scan your label – Print your FedEx return label or present your QR code at any FedEx drop-off location to have a label printed for you.

  2. Repack your items – Place your item(s) inside the original PHIX box, ensuring everything is unworn and has tags attached. Securely seal your parcel.

  3. Attach your label – Affix the FedEx label, ensuring the original shipping label is fully covered.

  4. Drop off within 7 days – Take your parcel to any FedEx drop-off point within 7 days of starting your return.

There are over 50,000 FedEx drop-off locations across the United States, including FedEx Office, Walgreens, and authorised partner stores.

IF YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED ON OR AFTER 18TH NOVEMBER 2025 AND YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR STANDARD 30 DAYS RETURN PERIOD. YOU CAN STILL RETURN IT TO US ON, OR BEFORE FRIDAY 9TH JANUARY FOR A CREDIT NOTE/GIFT VOUCHER OR EXCHANGE. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE UNWORN AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

Returns sent using the PHIX FedEx label are fully tracked and insured.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund or credit note will be issued. Alternatively, you may place a new order to secure your preferred size or style and return the original for a refund or credit note.

For hygiene reasons, earrings from our jewellery collections cannot be returned.

Cost of Returns

POSTAGE COSTS

Returns are to be made at your own cost, however should you wish to exchange your item, we do not charge you for the cost of us delivering the exchange to you.

UK RETURNS

For uk customers. We recommend returning orders either via royal mail or courier service. For high value orders we recommend using a courier service such as DHL or DPD.

UNITED STATES RETURNS

For United States customers, please refer to the 'united states returns procedure' tab.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our international clients returning items outside of the uk, we strongly advise using a fully tracked service provided by your national postal service or courier such as DPD or DHL. We do not recommend using Fedex when returning items to us, as this can cause complications.

Exchanges

To exchange any part of your order please complete the phix returns form included inside your package. When completing this, select the “exchange” option and also state the replacement, size and/or colour from those available.

Returns are to be made at your own cost, however should you wish to exchange your item, we do not charge you for the cost of us delivering the exchange to you. Upon receiving your return our team will process it and ship the replacement item(s) back to the previous shipping address, unless you have requested otherwise. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
